What you need to know

You will ring me at a pre-arranged time
Your first session is FREE and will last 30 minutes – to enable you to establish whether we can work together.
Once you commit, your sessions will last 45 minutes
Your sessions are not an opportunity to ‘chat’ – the sessions are aimed at helping you to achieve.
I am proud of my 100% success rate so will only take on clients who are fully committed and prepared to work for change.
If you have booked more than one session you can e-mail me in between sessions and expect a reply within 24 hours.
Once you have logged into the web site you will have access to client only resources
If I ever say or do anything that upsets you, please let me know so that we can resolve the problem. I value truth and expect you to tell me if things don’t feel right.
The sessions are entirely confidential I will not judge you, what you do (or don’t do) or what you say. I will, however, ‘encourage’ you to do what you agreed you would do
All fees are payable in advance through Paypal. If you do not wish to use Papal you can pay by cheque, by arrangement, and your coaching sessions will be after the cheque has cleared.
You will call me at an agreed time. If you need to reschedule your call, please give me at least a 24-hour notice. My time is valuable and someone else may be able to benefit from the time.
If you do not call when agreed, without prior warning of your intentions, then the full fee is payable for that time.
There may be times when I am forced to reschedule and I will let you know as far in advance as possible.

NB you can choose to come to my home in Wales for your sessions.
Alternatively I am also prepared to travel to a venue chosen by you but I will charge travel expenses and cost of travel time.
